Dependable Logistics ("we," "us") provides driver leasing and industrial staffing services. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our text-messaging programs, and our driver and client applications.
Information we collect
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address, mailing address.
- Driver application information — CDL class and endorsements, license and medical-card images, work history, availability, and ZIP/city.
- Client order information — company name, site addresses, staffing needs, and billing details.
- Job activity — clock-in/out times, site location at clock-in/out (GPS, only when you use the job app), signatures, and job photos.
- Messaging records — the SMS messages you send us and we send you, including opt-in and opt-out records.
How we use it
- To process driver applications and match drivers with assignments.
- To dispatch, verify, and pay for work performed.
- To respond to staffing requests and deliver quotes.
- To send transactional and service text messages you've opted into.
- To meet FMCSA, tax, and insurance obligations.
Text messaging & consent
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages themselves.

Sharing
We share information only with: service providers who operate our systems (payroll, messaging, hosting) under contract; clients, limited to what's needed to place and verify a driver on their site; and authorities when required by law or DOT/FMCSA regulation. We do not sell personal information.
Retention & security
We keep records as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by employment, tax, and transportation regulations, then delete or anonymize them. Access is limited to staff who need it, over encrypted connections.
