Program description
Dependable Logistics sends text messages to drivers and clients who opt in. Depending on which program you join, messages may include: job offers and daily assignment links, clock-in/out and timesheet notifications, application and document reminders, recruiter follow-ups, and quote or order updates for clients.
Opting in
You consent to receive messages when you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted by text — for example by submitting a driver application, texting us first, requesting a quote, or checking an SMS consent box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of employment or of purchasing any service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by program and activity. Active drivers may receive several messages per working day (job offers, clock-in reminders, timesheet confirmations); applicants and clients typically receive fewer.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message sent and received. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to your number. If you're a driver, opting out may mean you no longer receive job offers or dispatch links by text — contact your recruiter to arrange another channel.

Privacy

Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
Eligibility & changes
You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) to enroll. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
